About a weapon

Hello! My characher Illazu (Ps lev 50) has a cresant moonstone shaped scythe. From the identify command we have:

We see it is ONLY for Ps character...
But when i went to GM to learn how i can use the weapon i realized i cant leanr scythe!!!

This is also Druid usable, I would assume being a scythe that is who it is targeted for.

According to the help files Psi cannot use scythe or sickle, but I see you have the ability to learn sickle.
Will have to look at Psi weapons overall and make a decision as to what way to go.
